Q: Do I have to pay for the rescheduling?
A: There is no charge to reschedule if you have canceled 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Q: Can I still use my expired voucher?
A: Yes. Voucher has two separate values: (a) the amount paid, and (b) the promotional value. When your voucher expires, it means your promotional value has expired. You can still use your expired voucher but you have to pay for the promotional value.
I canceled my appointment 72 hours in advance and now I want to reschedule.
